RETURNS

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of item receipt to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please reach out to us at hellomoonshineglitter@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back the item. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, notify us immediately so we can address the issue accordingly.

EXCEPTIONS

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods like custom products and personal care items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or sale items. For any concerns about specific items, please reach out to us for clarification.

EXCHANGES

To expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item once the return is processed.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and examining your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please be aware that financial institutions may require some time to finalize the refund transaction.

SHIPPING

Moon Shine Glitter disclaims responsibility for lost or damaged goods during shipment. We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries, and in certain cases, a private carrier for international bulk orders. Please ensure accurate shipping details to prevent delivery issues. Claims for damaged goods should be directed to the delivery service provider.
